What are we looking for
We are seeking a Delivery Lead to serve as a critical link between leadership and operational teams driving delivery against key goals and supporting the Director of Distribution in achieving national distribution objectives. The purpose of this role is to enable efficient execution of strategic and operational priorities within the Distribution division by coordinating activities managing compliance and ensuring all initiatives align with the divisional plan.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Coordination
- Assist in translating divisional strategy into actionable plans and monitor progress.
- Continuous follow up of divisional strategy key items and monitoring of activities.
- Prepare agendas briefing notes and follow-up actions for key meetings.
- Track progress on strategic initiatives and escalate issues promptly.
- Ensure alignment of initiatives with other divisions.
Operational Oversight
- Manage day-to-day execution of projects and initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Marketing Credit and Operations teams.
- Develop and maintain project timelines and ensure deliverables are met.
- Support onboarding facilitation and organisation of new employees in Distribution.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a liaison between leadership and internal stakeholders.
- Support relationship management with Internal partners.
- Refocus conversations to key topics and agendas.
Administration & Compliance
- Update and maintain distribution one drive and source documents.
- Apply strong administrative and organisational skills to manage ad hoc tasks.
- Support review of any pack and presentation templates coordinate respective updates.
- Mange cadence and frequency of internal meetings.
- Own the overall distribution calendar internal events and travel arrangements.
- Design and implement internal communications plans for Distribution.
- Coordinate internal sales conferences.
