About the role

At Health Partners our people are our heartbeat and we know change happens best when they are at the heart of it. With another big year of transformation on the way were creating a small but mighty organisational change team to roll out a new people-centred change model that empowers our people as we grow.

Working closely with the Change Manager youll partner with leaders and teams across the business to build change capability and readiness helping shape a culture where our people feel supported engaged enabled and confident navigating change. Every day will be different from guiding our people through change coaching our leaders in the transition and facilitating change across projects.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Program Management Office leaders and teams to make sure change management is seamlessly woven into every project big or small.
  • Create clear people-focussed change plans that help our people move confidently from where we are today to where were headed.
  • Champion the Health Partners Change Management Framework helping teams use it in a practical meaningful way.
  • Build strong trusted relationships with stakeholders so you can understand impacts shape adoption strategies and keep refining approaches that set us up for success.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping informed on business direction change programs tech developments and industry trends.

About you

Youre ready to take the next step in your career and feel genuinely energised by the chance to help build new capability in an evolving organisation thats serious about people-centred change. Youre someone who has a way of guiding others forward helping them believe in progress and feel empowered to embrace transformation.

Youll also have:

  • 3 years of hands-on experience in change management or a closely related field and a passion for making change stick.
  • The ability to apply proven change management frameworks tools and methodologies to turn strategy into action.
  • A talent for leading and coordinating change initiatives from idea to implementation keeping everything (and everyone) moving forward.
  • You can influence and inspire diverse stakeholders building alignment even when perspectives differ.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment confidently juggling multiple priorities without missing a beat
