Working with product expert leaders in both functional and technical disciplines you will have every opportunity to expand your skills and competencies. You will be responsible for designing managing and delivering high quality ERP project outcomes for our clients. Importantly you will have the ability to rapidly acquire functional knowledge and enable clients to maximise solution productivity. Technically minded you will be required to analyse and simplify complex client requirements using product innovation tools in business intelligence.

Core competencies include:

• Sage X3 Support & Troubleshooting: Provide expert-level support across finance distribution manufacturing and CRM modules using Halo. Act as the primary escalation point for complex issues ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with clients to understand business processes and provide tailored functional and technical solutions. Diagnose and troubleshoot system errors data inconsistencies and integration issues with third-party applications.
• System Enhancements & Quality Assurance: Assist in the design and testing of system enhancements patches and upgrades. Conduct root cause analysis and recommend long-term solutions to recurring issues.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Document support cases resolutions and best practices to contribute to the internal knowledge base. Liaise with the development team to communicate client requirements and follow through on customizations or bug fixes.
• Client Onboarding & Training: Support the onboarding of new clients by assisting with data validation system configuration and user training. Provide post-Go Live assistance and ensure users can effectively utilize the system.
• Project Delivery (Progressive Transition): Once settled transition into a project delivery role designing managing and delivering high-quality ERP project outcomes. Configure and customize Sage X3 modules to align with client processes and ensure seamless integration.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest Sage X3 updates and industry best practices. Proactively suggest improvements and optimizations to the system and support processes.
• Coaching and Mentoring: Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal training initiatives.
• Reporting and Business Forms: Scope develop and deliver forms and reports for clients.
• Client Engagement: Participate in client meetings and status updates to ensure alignment on support priorities and service levels. Ensure compliance with SLAs and contribute to continuous improvement.

Experience in Sage X3 is mandatory and will be rewarded.

Travel throughout Australia may be required from time to time. Conveniently located head office near Richmond with very close proximity to public transport.
