About The Role:

We are looking for multiple passionate Support Workers to join our dedicated team on a casual basis between Campbelltown and Liverpool.

Running the day-to-day delivery of programs and activities in our day programs.
Support customers in developing skills and maintaining independence.
Provide respectful person-centred personal care.
Use manual handling techniques and equipment safely and confidently.
Build positive empowering relationships that help customers achieve their goals.

Heres what will help you shine in this role:

Experience supporting customers in an Everyday Life Skills Work & Study program.
Confidence infacilitating engaging group activities such as art music swimming gardening or drama.
Experience supporting people with psychosocial disabilities including working with epilepsy management plans complex behaviours and behavioural support plans.
Ability to think on your feet remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
Availability to work between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm to provide consistent daytime support.
Empathy reliability and a genuine commitment to supporting people to live life their way.
