Job Description:
Performance Monitoring & Analysis
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across commercial department ensuring alignment with company goals.
Provide regular reports and dashboards for the commercial leadership team highlighting trends risks and opportunities
Assess the impact of strategic initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement in deals ads and other important restaurant metrics
Data-Driven Decision Making
Develop frameworks and models to measure business performance and identify optimization areas.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
Support in setting targets and benchmarks for commercial business unit.
Strategic Support & Insights
Assist in monthly business reviews presentations and leadership discussions by providing relevant data and insights.
Conduct deep dives into commercial and operational challenges and provide fact-based recommendations.
Project & Initiative Support
Support the head and commercial director in driving strategic projects and special initiatives.
Work with team leads to implement performance improvement plans.
Ensure effective tracking and execution of key business priorities.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Data Analytics Finance or a related field.
24 years of experience in a performance analysis business analysis consulting or strategy role.
Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g. Excel Tableau Power BI SQL).
Experience in working with OKRs KPIs and performance frameworks is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to present insights effectively to senior leadership.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
