The Associate Director of Admissions is responsible for the coaching development and management of a specified team of non-traditional admissions advisors as well as enrolling students.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the management hiring training motivation and development of non-traditional admissions advisors of specified teams while maintaining enrollment and production responsibilities.
2. Responsible for the overall activity and production of the specified team to include coaching tracking monitoring and supplemental enrollment responsibilities.
3. Lead individual coaching effort for the advisors to include coaching plans per term self-assessments and professional development of competencies.
4. Assists in the development of the advisors through consistent training efforts in sales customer service and leadership aspects of an admissions advisors job and daily duties in an effort to help them grow both personally and professionally.
5. Maintains a comprehensive knowledge of the lead tracking and management system to assist in the daily management of Admissions activities.
6. Assists in the management of the annual budget for the Admissions Department.
7. Supports the delivery of exceptional customer service.
8. All other duties as assigned by the Campus Director.
