As a Product Manager in the Moen B2C Business you will oversee the Kitchen Sinks and Garbage Disposals product lines supporting product development commercialization and lifecycle management initiatives. Youll play a key role in driving the performance of these categories by delivering consumer-driven solutions that align with business goals and market trends.
In this role youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teamsincluding engineering operations marketing and salesto ensure Moen products reach the right customers through the right channels at the right value. Your efforts will directly contribute to our growth in both retail and wholesale markets.
You should bring 3 years of product management experience in manufacturing or consumer durables stage-gate process experience with strong execution capabilities and experience working with large retailers. A passion for delivering meaningful innovation and translating market insights into action will set you up for success.

This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield IL. Effective fall 2025 Fortune Brands will transition to a new world-class campus in Deerfield bringing together associates from across our U.S. offices brands and functions. What you will be doing:
Support and execute the product strategy for Kitchen Sinks and Garbage Disposals within the Moen B2C portfolio aligning with customer needs and business objectives.
Work with Engineering Supply Chain and Quality teams to scope and manage new product development efforts.
Manage product launches through the stage-gate process to ensure timely high-quality execution.
Collaborate with Sales Channel Marketing and Revenue Growth Management to align on pricing positioning and go-to-market plans.
Monitor product performance and support lifecycle planningfrom new launches to refreshes and end-of-life strategies.
Use consumer insights and competitive analysis to identify opportunities guide decisions and support innovation.
Contribute to pricing strategy and evaluate financial performance including revenue and margin impact.
Partner with Marketing and Digital teams to develop sales tools packaging and promotional assets.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date product content for digital print and eCommerce channels.
Provide training to internal teams and external partners on product features category trends and brand positioning.
Build strong relationships with Sales and key customers to stay aligned on needs and priorities.
Participate in cross-functional initiatives that improve processes and support the broader Moen business.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Engineering or related field.
3 years of product management experience in manufacturing consumer durables or CPG.
Proven ability to support new product development and execute launches in retail and/or wholesale channels.
Strong analytical and communication skills to support collaborative decision-making.
Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment and balancing multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word); ERP system knowledge (e.g. SAP) is a plus.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 15%.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
MBA or advanced degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
Experience with both B2C and B2B product environments.
Background in building products home improvement or durable goods.
Familiarity with connected product technologies or smart home categories.

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $90000 USD - $143000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based sales incentive plan.
