Join our team as Leisure Sales Manager at Susurros del Corazon in Punta de Mita Mexico reporting to the Area Director of Sales & Marketing. The Leisure Sales Manager (On Property) is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with travel agencies tour operators consortia and individual leisure clients. This role focuses on maximizing the resorts revenue and occupancy by implementing strategic sales initiatives targeted at the luxury leisure segment while upholding the brands high standards of service and positioning. As part of the Auberge family you will support all team members of Susurros del Corazon and our guests in providing exceptional experiences along their Auberge journey. Ensuring that all collaborators are delighted by the quality of service creativity and for establishing our name in the Riviera Nayarit.
Develop and execute sales strategies for the leisure segment both domestic and international.
Build manage and strengthen partnerships with travel agencies luxury tour operators and consortia.
Coordinate and host leisure site inspections and familiarization (FAM) trips to showcase the resort in conjunction with both Associate Director of Leisure in the US.
Represent the property at trade shows roadshows and industry events to increase market visibility.
Negotiate contracts rates and special offers in alignment with revenue management strategies.
Collaborate closely with Revenue Reservations PR & Marketing teams to ensure cohesive promotions and brand alignment.
Develops working relationships with the GSO Leisure Sales Team to solicit business opportunities.
Monitor market trends competitor performance and client behavior to identify new business opportunities.
Maintain an updated client database and develop cross-selling and loyalty initiatives.
Provide personalized attention to VIP leisure guests coordinating with the Front Office and Concierge teams.
Achieve and exceed revenue ADR and production goals for the leisure segment.
Responsible for Mexican LATAM and European markets.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Tourism Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 35 years of experience in leisure sales within the luxury resort or hospitality industry.
Strong network within the luxury travel market including agencies operators and consortia.
Proficiency in GDS CRM systems and distribution platforms.
Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinker with strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
Fluent in English (a second language is an asset).
Willingness to travel and represent the property at domestic and international events.
