The Job

As a Indirect Project Manager (IPM) you will be part of GSM Indirect Procurement Operations team driving Supply Chain Continuity & Executing Sourcing Strategy in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Category Strategy Execution:Support and execute category strategies within the region for SEF and T&O plants offices and Distribution Centers ensuring alignment with global objectives.
• Supplier Management / Development: Identify onboard and manage suppliers in line with category strategies; represent global affiliates in supplier negotiations and relationships; implement best-in-class procurement processes and supplier development programs to drive high performance and continuous improvement. Resolve chronical performance issues with suppliers.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:Drive and implement sourcing and continuous improvement strategies by working closely with Engineering Facilities Marketing Operations Finance Legal Logistics IT and other functions.
• Project Management:Support the LCM in project management and execution of category and regional strategies. Plan and implement procurement projects including large-scale initiatives.
• Implement Productivity projects based on global sourcing strategy execution and ideas generated by plants and users. Track performance to achieve/exceed the annual goal.

The Person

• Minimum 8 years of experience in global strategic sourcing/procurement project management operations or similar
• Engineering degree engineering preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes should costing materials maintenance facilities operations.
• Must have sound negotiation Skills
• Ability to work independently to deliver results and influence stakeholders internally and externally.
• Excellent Communication Skills with English Language Proficiency.
• Experience working with Global & Diverse team
• Adept in Contract & Project management
• Good analytical skills
