Job Summary

The main responsibility is to manage the total sales efforts within the hotels to generate pro-actively revenue. The basic guideline to do this is the hotels Marketing Plan as well as the Business Plan. He maintains develops and recognizes Key Accounts/Prospects in Aqaba as well as Amman. He maintains on a regular basis the contacts to the local and international Travel Trade and is involved with all the agreements/contracts the hotel has with major Key Accounts/Tour Operators etc. He is aware of the market trends from all the existing and potential feeders. 

The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

  • Compilation of and adherence to financial budgets within rooms (Market mix avg. room rate YIELD and Occupancy).
  • Organization and monitoring of all administrative affairs within the Sales Office.
  • Co-operation with hotels Rooms Division F&B Conference/Seminar Banquet/Catering department.
  • Co-ordination with Area Sales Office.
  • Close contacts to Corporate Accounts and Travel Trade.
  • The following duties within frame of work:
  1. Sales
  2. Administration
  3. Finance
  4. Contracting
  5. General

Qualifications :

Open exclusively to Saudi Nationals.

Designed for candidates with little to no prior work experience including recent graduates and individuals with up to 6 months of relevant experience. Proficiency in basic English is required.

Demonstrated passion for the hospitality industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

A collaborative team player willing to contribute and proactively support colleagues.

Flexibility to work varied shifts based on departmental needs.

Ability to remain attentive to guest needs maintaining composure and courtesy at all times
