Job Summary

  1. Develop and implement the hotels annual digital marketing strategy and budget covering all relevant channels.
  2. Collaborate with key stakeholders (Sales Revenue Management PR F&B and Corporate Marketing) to contribute to the overall commercial strategy.
  3. Design and execute comprehensive quarterly and yearly e-commerce plans for both direct and third-party platforms.
  4. Manage all digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEA paid media social media CRM/email campaigns display advertising programmatic buying influencer partnerships and Metasearch.
  5. Monitor and report on performance across digital channels analyzing key KPIs and ROI to inform decision-making.
  6. Oversee content production and ensure brand-consistent presence across key social media platforms relevant to target markets.
  7. Lead CRM strategy and manage third-party email marketing tools in coordination with hotel departments and in line with corporate guidelines.
  8. Support revenue optimization by monitoring rate parity and pricing integrity across all online distribution channels.
  9. Support awareness and engagement of Accors loyalty program (ALL Accor Live Limitless) through digital campaigns guest communications and targeted messaging across appropriate channels.
  10. Ensure optimal visibility content accuracy and conversion performance across OTA platforms.
  11. Manage and enhance the hotels online reputation across review sites and social platforms.
  12. Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis to maintain digital leadership within the hotels comp set.
  13. Identify digital trends and insights adapting strategies to improve performance and customer engagement.
  14. Build and maintain strong partnerships with digital agencies and external vendors.
  15. Stay up to date with emerging digital technologies and recommend their adoption where appropriate.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing/e-commerce preferably within the hospitality or retail sectors.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional language(s) a plus.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing strategies tools analytics and platforms.
  • Proficiency in content marketing CRM paid advertising and social media management.
  • Excellent communication presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven analytical mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Energetic proactive and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.

*The cluster role will be divided between the properties in Makkah and Jeddah covering the following hotels: ibis and adagio Jeddah City Center as well as Mercure Makkah Al Azizia and ibis Styles Makkah.
