Job Summary
- Lead and manage the plumbing team assigning tasks monitoring performance and providing training.
- Ensure staff adhere to safety procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Maintain daily work schedules and manage manpower for efficient operations.
- Oversee maintenance and repair of water supply systems drainage sewage and sanitary installations.
- Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies to prevent service interruptions.
- Conduct routine inspections to detect leaks blockages or equipment failure and implement preventative measures
- Supervise plumbing-related renovation installation or upgrade projects
Qualifications :
- Strong knowledge of water supply drainage and sewage systems.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read plumbing schematics blueprints and technical manuals.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
