Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Plumber to join our team in Baghdad Iraq. As a crucial member of our maintenance staff you will be responsible for installing maintaining and repairing plumbing systems in both residential and commercial properties throughout the city.
- Install repair and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines waste and vent pipes and fixtures in accordance with local codes and regulations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently providing cost-effective solutions
- Respond promptly to emergency calls and service requests ensuring minimal disruption to our clients
- Interpret blueprints technical drawings and plumbing diagrams to plan and execute installations or repairs
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and team members on larger projects or complex installations
- Provide clear explanations and recommendations to customers regarding plumbing issues and solutions
- Maintain accurate records of work performed materials used and time spent on each job
- Ensure compliance with local health safety and hygiene regulations while working in various environments
- Keep work areas clean and organized properly storing tools and materials
- Stay updated on the latest plumbing technologies techniques and local code requirements
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial plumbing installation maintenance and repair
- Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems including water supply drainage and sewage systems
- Proven ability to diagnose troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues efficiently and safely
- Proficient in using hand tools power tools and diagnostic equipment specific to plumbing work
- Thorough understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance related to plumbing
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations in Baghdad Iraq
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and plumbing diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer service and team collaboration
