Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- You will assist our multinational HR department with administrative support in International Mobility (Expat management)
- Day-to-day contact with associates and all stakeholders(management HR contacts and external service providers in different countries)
- Following internal policies and procedures
- Data maintenance and reporting
- Participating in process improvement
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks
- You will develop experience working in one of the functional areas with the opportunity to work on cross-functional tasks as well.
- You will be working side-by-side with experienced HR colleagues in a fast-paced collaborative environment
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- You have an active full-time student status at a college or university pursuing a BA or MA degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- You can work with us for a period of at least 6 months for at least 30 hours per week
- You have advanced English skills (written and spoken). Other languages are beneficial.
- You are enthusiastic to develop yourself in the field of HR while being able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills
