About the Role: We are looking for a Digital Product Manager to support the rollout and continuous evolution of our Growth Hub a global skill intelligence platform. As part of one of our top HR strategic priorities this platform plays a pivotal role in driving transparency over employee skills facilitating skill transformation and enhancing internal mobility across the organization.

This role is focused on product management digital adoption and project coordination. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between technical teams business requirements and platform implementation. Your work will directly impact the platforms ability to drive user engagement and satisfaction while enabling stakeholders to achieve their talent management goals.

Your tasks:

  • Coordinate Implementation: Lead the rollout of growthhub across various global entities including organizing solution demos scoping workshops integration coordination change management user acceptance testing (UAT) and the cutover to production.
  • Engage with Internal Experts: Work alongside cross-functional teams (HR IT Privacy Operations) to ensure smooth collaboration and integration with other systems while adhering to organizational standards and policies.
  • Vendor Coordination: Manage the vendor relationship overseeing the platforms configuration testing and ensuring readiness for go-live.
  • Align Technical Solutions with Business Needs: Act as the bridge between the technical implementation team and product management to ensure that the platform meets business requirements and provides value to the organization.
  • Support Product Management: Collaborate with the Product Owner (PO) to refine the product backlog prioritize improvements and continuously enhance the platforms features based on stakeholder feedback and emerging needs.
  • Maximize Platform Adoption: Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure that growthhub is effectively integrated into the companys operations and used by employees driving engagement skill tracking and internal mobility.

Qualifications :

  • University degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital or technical product management.
  • You love to mock-up your own products quickly.
  • You bring knowledge of which tech stacks work for which use cases or know how to investigate around it.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional IT or HR tech projects.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and ability to translate business needs into digital solutions.
  • Nice to have: experience with building custom solutions (using AI).
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
  • Flexible for international travel (approx. 3 times a year)

Additional Information :

You have a completed university degree with a focus on Business Administration Human Resources Psychology or a comparable qualification and already have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in the field of HR.

Furthermore you distinguish yourself through the following knowledge and skills:

  • Experience in Digital Product Management: Were looking for someone with digital product management experience ideally within SaaS platform implementation or HR technologies.
  • Strong Project Management Skills: Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams technical rollouts and global platform implementations. Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Data-Driven & Analytical: Experience with usage analytics A/B testing and user engagement metrics. A keen eye for data-driven improvements and prioritization.
  • Excellent skills in vendor management and steering including managing vendor relationships and ensuring timely delivery and performance to meet project goals and quality standards.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams business leaders and vendors ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on goals and progress.
  • Familiarity with Change Management: While this is not a traditional role experience in change management or driving organizational adoption of new technologies will be crucial.
  • Your English is on the highest level.
  • You are flexible to travel.
