Your Impact


As a Senior HR Business Partner you will play a key role in supporting our Engineering teams in Pune. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders helping align people strategies with business priorities and fostering a strong performance driven culture.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with technical leaders guiding organizational change and helping teams thrive. You will partner directly with engineering managers to support talent development employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with engineering leaders to understand business goals and translate them into people strategies

  • Support organizational design and change initiatives to help teams scale and succeed

  • Advise on workforce planning employee development performance management and succession planning

  • Coach managers on employee relations talent development and effective leadership practices

  • Analyze people data and trends to provide insights and guide decision making

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and help develop action plans to strengthen culture and retention

  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and internal policies; escalate complex issues when needed

  • Contribute to HR projects and broader company initiatives that support growth and continuous improvement

What You Bring

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field or equivalent experience

  • 8 of progressive human resources experience including at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner

  • Experience supporting engineering or technical teams is preferred

  • Proven ability to manage change provide coaching and support performance development

  • Strong relationship building and influencing skills with leaders at all levels

  • Analytical mindset and ability to turn data into clear actionable insights

  • Excellent communication and listening skills; confident working with diverse teams

  • Deep understanding of local employment laws and HR compliance; experience in global environments is a plus

  • Ability to work onsite in Pune with flexibility to support personal needs
