Senior Financial Analyst

What Youll Do
- Build and maintain dynamic financial models forecasts and budgets that guide key business decisions.
- Dive deep into variance analysis to uncover trends opportunities and actionable insights.
- Create compelling reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Review and approve sales orders ensuring compliance with financial policies.
- Prepare and post journal entries with accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile accounts investigate discrepancies and uphold compliance with accounting standards.
- Work closely with Sales Customer Success and other teams to streamline order processing and ensure financial alignment.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and support audits with confidence and clarity.
- Keep up with industry trends best practices and regulatory changes to keep our financial reporting sharp and future-ready.
What You Bring
- A Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field (MBA or CPA is a plus!)
- Proven experience in financial analysis with a strong grasp of accounting principles and reporting standards
- Expertise in financial modeling forecasting and variance analysis
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems like NetSuite or Oracle
- Familiarity with ERP software and/or Tableau is preferred
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Clear confident communication skillsboth written and verbal
- A detail-oriented mindset with a passion for accuracy
- The ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a dynamic fast-paced environment
