Job Summary:
The Senior UX Researcher will work within the Patients Before Paperwork (Pb4P) initiative to formalize and optimize User Experience (UX) and Customer Experience (CX) processes. This role involves documenting existing DesignOps and ResearchOps processes identifying gaps and creating repeatable processes to improve team efficiency. The researcher will collaborate with various teams including UX/CX leads privacy security legal and product teams to streamline workflows and ensure compliance.
Location:Toronto Ontario Canada
Responsibilities:
- Work with CX and UX Senior Managers and Leads to collect data analyze workflows processes and templates and identify opportunities and gaps.
- Collaborate with partners (Privacy Security Legal Product) to determine requirements for obtaining approvals for repeatable CX/UX processes.
- Formalize and document efficient repeatable research and design processes for CX and UX teams.
- Plan and facilitate team and partner feedback sessions to ideate on solutions and determine the clarity and effectiveness of proposed processes and templates.
- Iterate on documentation and templates to obtain necessary approvals.
- Provide regular feedback to the Senior Manager Experience Design (UX) on progress and blockers.
- Communicate with Customer Experience teams and partners to socialize approved processes and templates.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Create CX and UX research process documentation.
- Document new (or revise existing) templates for repeatable activities.
- Provide regular status reports to Senior Manager Experience Design.
