Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Financial Reporting and Controlling Specialist for our partner in the energy sector. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial reporting and controlling along with strong analytical and communication skills. Financial modeling experience is crucial for this role. Responsibilities
- Controlling and performing financial planning processes including budget yearly forecasts and long-term financial plans
- Coordinating performance monitoring NPV calculations
- Conducting scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate risks and opportunities under different market and operational conditions
- Ensuring effective stakeholder communication and coordination with internal teams (business units management) and external parties (auditors consultants group companies)
- Driving digital transformation and process improvement initiatives by enhancing reporting through SAP BI tools and automation
- Supporting the projects and Board/Committee presentations
- Managing the department budgets by SAP system and monitoring the budget/actual variances
- Active contribution to business transformation projects
- Supporting business development activities developing new financial models in line with Group strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from Business Administration Economics Finance or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis modelling budgeting and planning or Big4 audit and advisory services
- Strong MS Excel and financial modelling knowledge
- Proficiency in English both written and verbal
- SAP experience is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment ability to deliver high quality work with strict deadlines
- Proven ability in change management and adaptability ensuring quick alignment with new processes regulations and group strategies
- Strong interpersonal presentation and communication skills
- Self-motivated and result-oriented with strong multi-tasking and collaboration are critical.
