KS2 Teacher Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver inspiring well-structured lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
- Assess record and monitor pupil progress effectively
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop engaging curriculum plans and share best practices
- Build strong relationships with pupils parents and the wider school community

KS2 Teacher Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Proven experience teaching within Key Stage 2
- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment strategies
- Excellent communication organisation and classroom management skills
- A reflective and passionate approach to teaching and learning
