Position Overview

Delta Dental is seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Developer to join our Application Development team. The ideal candidate will have 8 10 years of experience in full stack development and a proven ability to deliver robust scalable web applications. This role requires a strong problem solver with excellent analytical reasoning critical thinking and communication skills. Were looking for a forward-thinking solution-oriented developer who can collaborate across teams to drive high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain full stack applications using Java Spring Framework Angular and related technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and deliver new features.
Optimize application performance through JVM profiling and efficient coding practices.
Ensure adherence to coding standards best practices and application security.
Work with relational databases and write complex SQL and PL/SQL queries.
Participate in code reviews sprint planning and agile ceremonies.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the application stack.

Must-Have Technical Skills

Magnolia CMS (minimum of 3 years of recent experience)
Core Java / J2EE
Deep understanding of JVM and performance profiling
Spring Framework (Spring Boot Spring MVC)
Angular / TypeScript /
