Job Summary

Position Overview

Were seeking an experienced Business Analyst III to support multiple business initiatives focused on process improvement documentation and application dependency analysis. This role requires strong analytical communication and documentation skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business users technical teams and vendors.

Local candidates may work hybrid while remote work is available for non-local applicants.

Key Responsibilities

Gather analyze and document business requirements including As-Is and To-Be processes.
Develop detailed process flows user stories and supporting documentation in Agile methodology.
Support change management by creating and tracking change tickets and coordinating release activities.
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders project managers and technical teams.
Analyze and document application dependencies and system interactions.
Maintain and update project backlogs and ensure alignment with delivery goals.
Track progress of assigned tasks and deliverables ensuring timely completion.
Provide clear concise communication and regular updates to project leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst.
Proven success in requirements gathering process documentation and data analysis.
Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Proficiency with Visio or equivalent process mapping tools.
Experience developing BA deliverables such as use cases traceability matrices business rules and meeting notes.
Ability to work independently prioritize effectively and manage multiple assignments.
Excellent communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Administration MIS or related field (or equivalent experience).
