Job Summary

Supply Chain Lead

Industry - Pharmaceuitical

Location - BKC Mumbai

Planning activities. He/She :

- Translates the demand (through sales forecasts) into a Monthly Production schedule that he/she communicates to the CMO and ensures its feasibility
- Plans and executes the supply of the API to the CMO necessary for the production
- Controls the adherence of the production at the CMOs to the agreed plan
- Participates to the S&OP process to escalate when necessary issues for decision or trade-offs

Inventory management & follow-up. He/She :

- Updates inventories in the IS along the physical flow of materials (PO receipt Material consumptions Product and Semi Finished Products completion Adjustments and discards )
- Guarantees the reliability of inventory in the Information System

Logistics and warehousing activities. He/She

- Ensure the routine communication with the entity in charge of storage of the goods (CMO or 3PL)
- Organises transportation of the goods between CMO and 3PL and updates inventory management system accordingly
- Prepare the export documentation preparation with the CMO
- Manages relation with customs (importation of API / exportation of FP)
- Prepares the shipment of the goods to customers (external / internal) or warehouses in relation with Global Distribution team

Coordination between other SC Group functions VPT and/or CMO

- Facilitates the communication between Packaging TCOEs team and CMO for artwork management and serialization topics

Preferred point of contact of Master Data Management (MDM) team
