Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned SAP IBP Lead to play a critical role in the global rollout and ongoing support of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) across more than 100 manufacturing sites worldwide. This is a senior hands-on role requiring a strong balance of technical SAP IBP expertise and business-facing leadership.

The role involves close collaboration with global business stakeholders plant planners and external implementation partners supporting demand planning supply planning and S&OP processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design configuration and rollout of SAP IBP modules including Demand Planning Supply Planning and S&OP
Act as the primary interface between IT and business stakeholders (50 100 global users)
Translate business requirements into technical SAP IBP solutions
Support data integration between SAP IBP and manufacturing systems
Coordinate with external partners (TCS Accenture etc.) for enhancements and issue resolution
Provide post go-live support as transitions from implementation partner to internal ownership
Drive global standardization while accommodating plant-specific planning needs
Participate in global expansion and transformation initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

10 12 years of total IT/SAP experience
4 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP IBP (or SAP APO / SAP SEM); exposure to Kinaxis is a plus
Strong configuration and technical knowledge of SAP IBP
Solid understanding of supply chain planning processes
Experience working in process industries such as FMCG Food Chemical Pharmaceutical or similar
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work independently and take global ownership of solutions

Nice to Have

Prior experience working with global manufacturing organizations
Exposure to S/4HANA integrations
Willingness to travel internationally (2 3 trips per year)

Reporting & Team Structure

Reports to the Global Business Planning Leader (UK)
Part of a global team across the UK US Denmark and India
