Job Summary

REQUIRED EDUCATION EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Bachelors degree in engineering Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical
experience with 2 years in a relevant role
Proven experience in writing clear structured and user-friendly technical documentation
Experience in Markdown and HTML for documentation formatting and content structure
Solid understanding of the Bootstrap 5 framework
Hands-on interest in installing configuring and using software to build deep product
understanding
Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills

PREFERRED EDUCATION EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Experience with modular documentation (for example DITA XML) and component content
management systems
Microsoft Office with mastery of Word
Desire to seek continuous improvements and innovation
Experience in using Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint
Demonstrated internships in technical writing/information development
