Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Technical Developer with deep expertise in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 to join the development team. The role involves full-cycle development customization reporting and integration work within the PeopleSoft HCM ecosystem supporting enterprise HR systems and business processes.
Roles & Responsibilities PeopleSoft HCM Technical Development
-
Design develop customize and maintain PeopleSoft HCM applications (version 9.2).

Work extensively with PeopleTools Application Designer PeopleCode SQR and other PeopleSoft development components.

Develop and maintain batch processes interfaces and complex reports using SQR.

Build and enhance functionality using PeopleSoft Fluid / Mobile technologies.
Database & Reporting
-
Write optimize and maintain complex SQL and PL/SQL queries on the Oracle database platform.
-
Develop Oracle Stored Procedures Functions Packages and Triggers to support PeopleSoft HCM processes.

Produce ad-hoc and scheduled reports and support data loads into the database.
Workflow & Rules-Based Processing
-
Design and implement PeopleSoft Workflow solutions; hands-on working experience preferred.

Apply rule-based system logic to support business and HR processes.
-
Demonstrate strong understanding of PeopleSoft HCM table structures and data architecture.
SDLC & Project Execution
-
Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including analysis design development testing implementation and ongoing maintenance.

Use issue tracking systems and source code repositories to manage development activities and version control.
-
Identify and recommend appropriate tools and technical approaches to meet project requirements.
Collaboration & Support
-
Work as part of the development team reporting to the Project Manager and Technical Lead.

Collaborate effectively with project managers DBAs system administrators users and cross-functional teams.

Provide production support troubleshoot issues and resolve defects under tight timelines.
Quality & Innovation
-
Ensure high-quality scalable and maintainable technical solutions.

Propose creative optimized and best-practice solutions to meet business needs.

Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and specifications.
