Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies policies and procedures aligned with the
companys overall business goals.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle job postings shortlisting interviews
selection and onboarding.
Handle employee relations grievance management and disciplinary actions.
Oversee attendance payroll coordination and statutory compliances (PF ESIC
Gratuity etc.).
Plan and execute training & development programs for skill enhancement and
employee growth.
Conduct performance management & appraisals in coordination with department
heads.
Ensure a positive work environment employee engagement activities and retention
strategies.
Maintain HR documentation MIS and reports for management review.
Stay updated with labor laws and HR best practices.
Key Requirements:
Masters/Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field.
8-10 years of HR experience (minimum 2 3 years in a managerial role).
Strong knowledge of HR operations labor laws and compliance.
Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work under deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office.
