Job Summary
Responsible for keeping resource management data (Demand and Supply) up to date in systems and providing MIS reporting to stakeholders.
Coordination with project managers and operations for resource allocations.
Take ownership in following up with consultants on compliance with processes such as time entry etc.
Support on recruitment / hiring.
Basic Excel Knowledge
Coordinate the Resource scheduling activities in Consulting organisation
Assign consultants (Employee & Subco) to Consulting projects balancing the needs of project with the skills availability and development needs of the consultant
