Job Summary

We are looking for an expert digital marketer with deep understanding of Hong Kong digital ecosystem and able to create optimal digital brand experience for consumers incorporating key moments and direct-to-consumer channels by working with multiple internal and external key stakeholders.

Being a strong communicator and team player is a crucial part of the job as the candidate will work closely with multiple functions/Geo/ Global to align the objectives and deliverables on the platforms.

An understanding of marketing technology and consumer data is also expected as new and different digital capabilities may be involved in the campaign.

  • Bachelors degree and 8 years of experience in digital marketing or related fields agency background is welcome.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills (in both English and Chinese) including copy writing meeting facilitation making strategic recommendations and persuasive presentations to cross functional team

  • Excellent project leadership skills with proven ability to juggle between the details and big picture manage multiple and competing projects and priorities as a team player with experience working collaboratively and effectively in a matrix organization.

  • Hands-on expertise in delivering marketing assets for both visual adaption & copy writing along with marketing analytics skills and digital products deployment experience

  • Passionate about sport with strong athlete mindset and create meaningful connections between consumers and the brand.

WHAT YOULL WORK ON

Brand Integration Marketing Partner with cross function teams to enable end to end digital journeys with synergized brand message across touchpoints. Act as a subject matter expert of digital the candidate needs to strategically plan and operate the seasonal campaign on cross digital platforms.

  • Drive day-to-day marketing program & operation through cross-function partnerships with campaign guideline and toolkits including but not limited to content adaption copy writing creator strategy campaign insights supporting UI/UX enhancement campaign page set up and etc.

  • Provide knowledge of the digital capabilities to maximize the channels with the most premium brand omnichannel experience to consumers and drive followers engagement and retention.

  • Provide clear production briefs to inform development and delivery of channel right content to match consumer intent and experience needs.

  • Understand and apply analytics to improve the way we communicate and connect with our consumers on digital

WHO YOULL WORK WITH

As part of the Digital Marketing team you will be reporting to the Digital Marketing Senior Manger based in Hong Kong and work closely with the local marketing team. There are multiple cross-functional partners you will meet while carrying out key seasonal marketing initiatives including Retail Marketing Business team Brand Management Creative Media teams and Global counterpart . You will also work with agency partners for project planning and execution needs.
