About the Role:
As aSenior Analyst Client Services and Readiness youll manage high-impact customer relationships ensuring seamless integration into our markets and operations. Youll collaborate across departments to resolve technical issues interpret data and drive customer-focused solutions. Your ability to communicate clearly think critically and lead with empathy will be essential to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer onboarding and act as their internal advocate.
- Solve complex technical inquiries related to markets operations and planning.
- Analyze data using advanced tools and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
- Proactively engage customers on policy updates FERC orders and organizational changes.
- Represent the organization with professionalism and emotional intelligence.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong knowledge of FERC NERC BPM Tariff and SOC 1 requirements (preferred)
- Proficiency in CRM systems (MS Dynamics preferred) Power BI DocuSign and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables/macros).
- Excellent time management project coordination and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with RTO models and energy market operations (preferred)
Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience and knowledge.

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $98000-$115000 USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors including but not limited to location of the role individual competencies education/professional certifications and qualifications/experience.
