About the role:
Turn data into decisions that matter. Join a collaborative analytics team driving performance across Workers Compensation and Commercial lines. As an Insights Business Partner youll deliver performance intelligence that supports strategic decisions across Commercial & Personal Injury. Youll work closely with senior leaders to uncover trends risks and opportunities that improve outcomes.
What youll do:
- Deliver insights that guide strategic and operational decisions
- Partner with senior leaders to analyse performance and drive improvement
- Present trends and recommendations in monthly performance reviews
- Provide ad-hoc analysis to support key business decisions
- Build trusted relationships across C&PI and supporting teams
- Identify emerging trends and recommend actions for improvement
What youll bring:
- Minimum 5 years in performance analytics or decision-making roles
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Proficiency in tools like SQL Power BI Tableau and Excel
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights
- Experience in Workers Compensation or insurance is mandatory
- A mindset for continuous improvement and innovation
