Performance Analyst

We currently have an opportunity for a Performance Analyst to join our Health and Education team and play a key role in driving service efficiency and quality through data-driven insights and change management. Reporting to the Executive Manager Service Planning Performance & People youll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What Youll Do
This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:

• Analyse performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with service line managers to design and implement efficiency initiatives.
• Champion continuous improvement and innovation across operational processes.
• Prepare and present clear actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on progress against KPIs and contractual obligations.
  

What Youll Bring
More than anything youll bring a strong work ethic a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.

• Bachelors degree in business or related field (desired).
• Several years experience in an equivalent role.
• Prior experience in consulting would be highly regarded.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Power BI Excel and SQL.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of performance frameworks KPIs and compliance reporting.
