Sunwater is seeking a dynamic Senior Risk & Compliance Advisor to drive excellence in Compliance and support the risk and assurance champions. This full-time permanent role (commencing early 2026) offers the opportunity to provide expert guidance on risk compliance and assurance matters - ensuring effective interpretation and application of requirements across all levels of the organisation.
As a valued member of the Risk and Compliance Team you will play a key role in designing implementing and the continuous improvement of the Sunwaters integrated Enterprise Risk Compliance and Assurance Framework (ERCAF) in alignment with relevant standards e.g. ISO 31000 ISO 37301 Global Audit Standards.
You will partner with the business through active stakeholder engagement to ensure coordinated and effective application of the ERCAF involving leading compliance management across business units and supporting risk management and assurance activities across Lines 1 and 2 engaging with three lines assurance providers to ensure effective alignment and coverage of risk and compliance controls.
We are seeking an experienced risk and compliance professional with 5 years experience in a similar role degree in Business or another relevant discipline (or equivalent experience) and certification in CPRM CCRP CRMA or CIA is preferred.
This full-time permanent opportunity is available for an immediate start in 2026. At Sunwater we have a genuine emphasis on work/life balance and to ensure you are well-rewarded for your dedication and hard work this role offers a competitive base salary a standard 38 hr week 12.75% superannuation and 17.5% leave loading.
