At The Learning Experience (Mount Pleasant) we believe strong curriculum and instructional practices are core to impact. Were hiring a Curriculum Specialist / Instructional Lead to partner with early childhood teachers and leadership to ensure excellence in instruction across classrooms.
Oversee curriculum execution alignment and quality across all age groups
Train mentor and coach teaching staff in instructional strategies assessments and best practices
Observe classrooms provide feedback and guide continuous improvement
Analyze child progress data and develop action plans
Develop or refine learning resources lesson plans scope & sequence
Plan and deliver professional development and training sessions
Engage with families about curriculum and share learning outcomes
Strong background in early childhood education curriculum or instructional coaching
Experience coaching teachers or leading instructional improvement
Ability to interpret data and convert into actionable steps
Excellent communication organization and presentation skills
Degree in Early Childhood Education Curriculum or related
