Location: Guadalajara
Schedules: Dayshift Evenings Weekends
Compensation: Base salary commissions (available for eligible roles)

Salary: $15000 MXN / month
Additional Benefits:

  • $1000 MXN grocery vouchers

  • $500 MXN punctuality bonus

  • Extra shift bonuses for evenings or weekends

English Level: B2 Intermediate

What Youll Do

  • Prospect and onboard new carriers and clients

  • Negotiate rates and service agreements

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

  • Monitor market trends to guide pricing and service strategies

  • Collaborate with operations teams for seamless deliveries

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

  • Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities

  • Knowledge of market trends and competitors in logistics

  • Self-motivated goal-oriented and proactive attitude

  • Effective business communication in English (B2 level)
