Role Overview
Youll be responsible for engaging potential clients qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for senior advisors. This role focuses on outbound outreach thoughtful conversations and accurately assessing client needs. Its an excellent opportunity for early-career sales talent looking to grow in a mission-driven fully remote environment.
What Youll Do
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and qualify them based on needs and eligibility
- Build rapport and communicate the value of benefits-planning services
- Schedule qualified appointments for advisors to deliver tailored presentations
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead status in the CRM
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies
- Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics (appointments conversions etc.)
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional friendly phone presence
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and comfortable working independently
- Ability to quickly build rapport and handle client objections with empathy
- Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple leads simultaneously
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required
- Comfortable working fully remote with U.S.-based clients
- Familiarity with CRM tools and strong computer proficiency
- Strong spoken and written English required
Compensation
- Monthly salary: $30000 - $33000 MXN
- Additional variable compensation with commission potential
Additional Details
- Work Location: Fully remote (Mexico)
- Employment Type: Independent Contractor (via UpWork / AnyHire)
- Schedule: U.S. business hours (MonFri) 35-40 billable hours/week
- Training: Full onboarding and training provided
