Position Title: Nursing Supervisor RN
Location: Nantucket MA
Job Type: Travel Contract
Shift: Day 5x8s
Travel Pay Range: $65$68/hr ($2600$2720/week)
Position Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Nursing Supervisor RNfor an exciting Travel job in Nantucket MA.
Responsibilities:
Supervise clinical operations ensuring quality safety and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate care transitions with physicians hospitals and skilled nursing facilities.
Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff and home health aides.
Lead hiring orientation training coaching and performance evaluations.
Conduct team meetings case reviews and quality improvement initiatives.
Monitor clinical outcomes and implement improvements.
Manage on-call duties staffing coverage and direct patient care as needed.
Uphold evidence-based practice standards and regulatory compliance.
Promote positive community relations and agency services.
Qualifications:
Active Massachusetts RN license.
Current BLS certification.
Minimum 5 years clinical experience including 2 years in community health; home health experience preferred.
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
Customer relations experience preferred.
