About the Role
We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Consultant to lead the design anddelivery of user-centered digitalexperiences for complex enterprise projects. This role combinesstrategic thinking with hands-on design execution ideal for someonepassionate about creating intuitivefunctional and aesthetically refined interfaces that enhancethe user journey and meet technical realities.
Key Responsibilities
Design low-and high-fidelity interfaces including wireframes prototypes and interactionflows.
Build navigableprototypes architecture maps and user navigation models intools such as Figmaor InVision.
Conduct userinterviews focus groups and usability sessions to gatheractionable insights.
Synthesize user data into clear design decisionsand recommendations.
Facilitate ideation and problem-solving workshopscollaborating closely with product owners and developers.
Ensure design consistency and alignment withdevelopment teams during handoff.
Document and present findings user journeysand design rationales to stakeholders.
Mandatory Requirements (mustappear clearly on your CV)
Proficiency in Figma or InVisionincluding advanced prototyping and design system management.
Experience designing usability flows page architectures and navigation structures.
Proven experience conducting user interviews and focus group sessions.
Strong understanding of usability principles and UX research methodologies.
Ability to adaptdesigns to technical constraints and collaborate withcross-functional teams.
Training or certification in Product Design UX/UI Design DesignThinking Service Design or Usability Research.
Excellent communication skills in English (B2 minimum).
Desirable Skills
Proficiency with vector and image editing toolssuch as Illustratoror Photoshop.
Experience creating or maintaining Design Systems UI Kits or component libraries.
Familiarity with UX analytics tools and data-driven design processes.
Experience working in Agile environments.
