Overview / Summary:

We are looking for a Digital Transformation Consultant in Artificial Intelligence with experience in AI-driven transformation projects strong knowledge of the AI Act and proficiency in co-creation and user-centered design methodologies. The role requires familiarity with AI governance frameworks algorithmic ethics and trustworthy AI principles.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Participate in digital transformation projects with AI components.
Apply knowledge of the AI Act including risk classification technical requirements and legal obligations.
Use co-creation methodologies user-centered design design thinking or service design in project activities.
Apply AI governance frameworks algorithmic ethics and trustworthy AI principles.
Engage in communication facilitation and stakeholder management activities.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital transformation projects with AI components.

Interpersonal skills

Excellent communication skills.
Strong facilitation abilities.
Stakeholder management skills.

Stack Tech

Knowledge of the AI Act including risk classification technical requirements and legal obligations.
Knowledge of co-creation methodologies user-centered design design thinking or service design.
Experience with AI governance frameworks algorithmic ethics and trustworthy AI principles.

Complementary Requirements:

Certifications in ethical AI data governance or regulatory compliance (e.g. ISO/IEC 42001 AI Act Readiness).
