Description
US Heart and Vascular is in need of a Practice Administrator Manager to join our team at Memorial Katy Cardiology in Katy TX.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of clinical staff providing direction training and support to ensure high standards of patient care.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of clinical services ensuring that all activities are executed efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop implement and monitor clinical protocols ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care services and improve clinical outcomes.
- Monitor performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of clinical programs and services.
- Ensure proper staffing levels schedule management and staff development to meet patient needs and service goals.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching mentoring and support for clinical staff development.
- Manage budgets and resources for clinical services optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead or participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives to ensure continuous service enhancement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends evidence-based practices and regulatory changes affecting clinical services.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in nursing Healthcare Administration or a related clinical field is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role is required.
- Strong knowledge of clinical standards protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with clinical service line management in a healthcare system is preferred but not required
- Current licensure or certification in a clinical role (e.g. Registered Nurse) is preferred but not required
- Certification in Healthcare Management (e.g. Certified Clinical Manager etc.) is preferred but not required
