Your Role
Are you a marketing maestro or a demand-gen daredevil with a knack for making campaigns pop Do you get a kick out of turning a blank brief into a beautifully orchestrated campaign

Good because were on the hunt for an energetic Campaign Manager to join our Marketing Operations crew and bring bold brilliant ideas to life. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Operations youll be in the thick of planning building and launching campaigns that fuel demand engage customers and guide them through every stage of their journey.

This is your chance to flex your campaign-running muscles experiment with lifecycle marketing magic and shape how we communicate with customers and prospects. Join us and inject our quirky brand and techy creativity into every pixel and punchline our customers see.

This is a hybrid position primarily based at our Brisbane Head Office with flexibility for applicants located in Sydney.

What Youll Be Doing (a.k.a. your Quest Log)

    • Build and launch multi-channel campaigns that make people click convert and come back for more.
    • Dream up lifecycle marketing programs that nurture onboard and delight customers at every touchpoint.
    • Support demand generation initiatives to create campaigns that attract convert and retain high-quality leads.
    • Keep one eye on the numbers; analyse performance and spot opportunities to make campaigns even better.
    • Collaborate with global teams (APAC EMEA Americas) to align campaigns and share best practices.
    • Experiment iterate and occasionally throw out the rulebook to try something new.
    • Provide operational support to the Head of Marketing Operations and CMO; helping keep priorities moving and projects on track.

What We Require (a.k.a. your Power Ups)

    • You have 3-5 years of hands-on marketing experience focusing on campaign management lifecycle marketing or demand gen under your belt.
    • Experience working with HTML / CSS for email and web.
    • You have Marketo (or other Marketing Automation) skills with hands-on experience in the software.
    • You are organised detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple priorities.
    • You enjoy finding ways to improve processes and results.
    • You are a data-driven decision maker with a creative twist.
    • Comfortable working across globally distributed teams and time zones; you can communicate clearly and asynchronously.

The following arent required but are nice to have (a.k.a. your Bonus Points)

    • Experience in B2B tech or SaaS.
    • Experience using Salesforce.
    • Familiarity with design tools like Figma Photoshop Illustrator or Canva.
    • An interest in tech computing or networking.
