What youll do:
Provide planning and roadmap development for digital initiatives.
Lead and manage program and project delivery efforts focusing on scope dependencies and risks.
Engage with technical specialists to understand project impacts.
Identify business growth opportunities and drive strategic initiatives.
Develop governance frameworks policies and standards for consistency.
Manage stakeholder relationships and lead team development.
What were looking for:
Broad experience across Business Experience and Technology domains.
Proficiency and certifications in project management methodologies (e.g. PMP PRINCE2 Agile).
Familiarity with business and process analysis methodologies (e.g. IIBA).
Experience with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project JIRA).
Strong understanding of risk management and quality assurance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Robust financial and business acumen with experience managing large budgets and project teams.
