What youll do:

  • Design and deliver customer-led strategies across marketing sales service and commerce to help clients transform how they engage their customers.
  • Lead and be part of end-to-end consulting engagements from diagnosing growth opportunities to implementing AI-enabled solutions that elevate customer experience.
  • Partner closely withstakeholders to shape go-to-market models optimise commercial performance and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Work cross-functionally with strategists technologists and experience specialists to bring innovative data-driven solutions to life.
  • Translate insights and analytics into actionable recommendations that improve customer journeys and unlock sustainable value.

  • Experience in customer commercial or front-office transformationspanning strategy design execution or enablement.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and simplify complex ideas.
  • Comfort working with data technology or digital tools to solve customer and commercial problems (deep technicalexpertisenotrequired).
  • Adaptability and structured problem-solving skills to navigate client ambiguity and fast-moving project environments.
