Job Summary
Responsibilities:-Conduct and report out on Functional Behavior Assessments through the team referral process-Consult to specialized program and staff regarding student behavior plans-Write and update student behavior plans as needed-Provide guidance and training to staff on the implementation of behavior plans for students assigned to BCBA support-Provide guidance support and modeling of data collection specific to student behavior plans-Participate in the IEP development process-Participate in the IEP team process providing updates regarding progress students are making with behavior management-Crisis Intervention training/certification preferred-Communication with parents and caregivers should be timely and consistent-Other responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Pupil Personnel Services
