Job Summary

As the Client Success Manager you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with Yggdrasils customers ensuring they achieve their objectives and maximize the value of our gaming products. You will act as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that drive customer growth retention and satisfaction. Your role will be instrumental in expanding Yggdrasils business and ensuring long-term success for our partners. 

What Youll Do:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers acting as their single point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Understand customer goals challenges and business objectives to identify opportunities for success and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with product and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and successful game launches on operator platforms.
  • Conduct regular check-ins both face-to-face and virtual to review performance gather feedback and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans focusing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive expansion with existing customers.
  • Monitor customer platforms to identify trends new launches or promotions addressing any potential issues proactively.
  • Serve as the internal advocate for customer needs providing valuable insights to product development marketing and sales teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends best practices and emerging technologies integrating them into customer success strategies.
  • Travel as needed to meet clients and attend gaming conferences worldwide strengthening relationships and fostering business growth.

 

Who You Are:

  • Proven experience in client success account management or customer-facing roles preferably in the gaming or technology industry.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
  • Ability to create and execute strategic plans to drive client growth retention and revenue.
  • Collaborative mindset comfortable working with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
  • Data-driven with the ability to analyze client performance metrics and make informed recommendations.

Extra Points For:

  • Experience in the online gaming or iGaming industry.
  • Familiarity with gaming platforms products or technologies.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and client success tools.
  • International account management experience especially in regulated markets.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to meet clients and attend industry events.
