Job Summary

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Banking Operations Analyst position! This is a 6 month contract opportunity and will be hybrid in Buffalo NY. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.

What Youll Be Doing:

Provide high-level analytical support in developing and communicating long-term strategies aligned with business goals.
Support the planning and implementation of new projects and initiatives.
Lead project documentation efforts and ensure alignment with regulatory expectations.
Identify and articulate feasible solutions to project problems and risks.
Develop ad hoc and automated reports including workflow trend and strategic analyses.
Create executive summaries to drive action from analysis results.
Adhere to risk and regulatory policies standards and controls.
Collaborate closely with business and functional experts and influence surrounding teams.

What Youll Need to Have:

Experience documenting business requirements process flows and functional specs/test cases.
Experience contributing to large-scale initiatives such as system migrations or business transformations.
Familiarity with Loan Servicing operations and/or technology (AFSVision LoanIQ Fiserv).
Ability to develop documentation that aligns with regulatory expectations.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Background in Banking Servicing and/or Operations is highly preferred.

Pay Range:$35-$45/hr
