About the Role:

The Coordinator Business Enablement provides operational support for Research Publishing engagement and training activities focusing on initiatives that engage and enable colleagues and customers in the Asia-Pacific region. This role blends virtual event management and communications operations supporting both internal and external engagement. You will be responsible for producing and coordinating webinars for APAC customers organizing and moderating internal colleague events collaborating with cross-functional teams for event logistics and content managing internal distribution lists supporting stakeholder communications maintaining business resource archives and managing the RP Calendar and communications pipeline.

How you will make an impact:

  • Streamline processes for setting up customer webinars and internal events.
  • Increase engagement from APAC customers and colleagues through extended event programs.
  • Deliver effective communications that support strategic objectives and improve internal engagement.
  • Ensure up-to-date resource archives and seamless reporting for webinar metrics.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 2 years of relevant experience (5 years preferred).
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Teams Zoom Office 360).
  • Organization skills public speaking and experience with event management.
  • English language proficiency.
