Skills: Any of the supply chain sub-domains like Planning Sourcing and Procurement Logistics Warehousing and Transport management including inventory management is a must.

| Overall Purpose of the Role What is the overall purpose of the role What are the high level objectives/business impact/scope and responsibilities |
| Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and development team. Collect requirements from business stakeholders. Analysis transform document resolve the business problems with the help of the development team. Domain and industry experience in paper & pulp industry and technology desirable. Must have a strong understanding of paper & pulp operations process manufacturing as well as the technologies involved and related application packages. Possess knowledge or exposure to digital solutions for paper & pulp industry process manufacturing (e.g. MES system Production system applications Plant automation Supply chain) would be good to have. |
| Key Responsibilities |
| Evaluating business processes anticipating requirements uncovering areas for improvement and developing and implementing solutions. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. Participate in Sprint planning backlog planning sessions Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Managing competing resources and priorities based on business needs and requirements. Review and verification of deliverables with the project team (internal acceptance) and client (external acceptance) and assuring timely completion of projects. Maintain and create project documentation (user manual functional specification project plan flowchart etc.) up to date. Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts. Work with development team members contractors and/or vendors on impact analysis and to complete assignments. Facilitate the next generation IT-led solutions and deployment support for small to large scale projects. |

| Mandatory Skills - Graduation/Post-Graduation in Engineering Paper & Pulp Technology Chemicalsor related area from reputed institutes - Any MBA degree would be an advantage - 7-12 years of relevant experience as a domain consultant/specialist/subject matter expert or an industry practitioner in paper & pulp process industry - MES system knowledge or exposure in milling/recycling/packaging operations - Should have worked as business analyst or domain consultant for at least one project delivery Other Soft Skills - Any relevant certification/trainings in CSPO/Product owner/Business analyst - Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills - Knowledge of solution/offerings development thought leadership - Excellent documentation and presentation skills - Excellent planning organizational and time management skills |

| - Experience in Paper & Pulp Industry Process Manufacturing - Knowledge of any relevant software applications/packages/products - Experience in ERP Supply chain |
