Superioris currently seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team in Houston TX (Downtown) (On-Site 5 days).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Strategy
- Design and produce visually engaging graphics and short-form videos tailored to each business.
- Write schedule and publish long- and short-form posts across multiple platforms (e.g. Instagram Facebook LinkedIn TikTok).
- Build and maintain a content library of brand assets including product shots lifestyle imagery and video content.
- Develop and manage a 30-day rolling content calendar ensuring a minimum of two posts per business per week.
- Collaborate with Divisional Marketing Managers to ensure content aligns with each brands tone goals and audience.
Community Engagement
- Monitor and respond to direct messages comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster engagement through interactive features such as polls Q&As quizzes and stories.
- Identify opportunities to amplify user-generated content and community interactions.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including engagement rate impressions clicks and follower growth.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve future content and strategy.
- Deliver monthly performance reports highlighting successes trends and areas for improvement.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Communications Journalism Marketing Graphic Design or a related field preferred.
- 13 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts and content creation.
Skills
- Strong copywriting skills with a sharp sense of digital tone and trend fluency
- Ability to create digital content for multiple brands using existing brand guidelines and brand assets while maintaining the unique brand story for each business
- Proficiency in design platforms (e.g. Canva Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools (e.g. CapCut Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut)
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g. Loomly) is a plus.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Flexible collaborative and willing to roll up your sleevesno task is too small.
- Prepared to provide and present a portfolio of previous social campaigns
