The position starts with a tactical focus on operational excellencemanaging daily processes with accuracy maintaining detailed records and supporting quoting and order activitieswhile upholding our standard of raising the bar in fitness innovation.

As Life Fitness / Hammer Strengths Key Account Support Specialist you will:
Sales Support & Account Administration
Maintain accurate franchise and account records in CRM and internal repositories.
Assist with quoting Life Fitness and Hammer Strength products and services.
Update orders post-sale and manage product/address changes.
Provide product details and respond to key account information requests.
Prepare open order summaries and pull sales data reports.
Support facility design requests and other account-specific needs.
Collaborate with Business Support Order Management and Key Account Managers to prioritize and complete tasks.
Customer Service & Team Collaboration
Serve as a point of contact for internal Key Account Managers resolving issues and sharing updates.
Support meetings with agendas materials and follow-ups.
Deliver responsive professional customer service to strengthen client relationships.
What Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is looking for in our Key Account Support Specialist:
Bachelors degree required.
2 years of experience in sales support customer service or account management.
Experience in fitness wellness or related industries preferred.
Strong communication organization and administrative skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce and Oracle experience preferred.
Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a hybrid environment.
